• The surveyor will inspect a specific structural element of the property, advising the remedial actions required and estimated costs of the repairs.

This survey is relevant for all the structural elements of a property and is bespoke to your requirements.

• Through stipulations from your lender’s valuation surveyor, when given a £0 mortgage offer.
• Further recommendations from a pre-purchased level 2 or level 3 survey.
